Where is your physical store located?
We are located at Monterrado Cadwell, Sdanukai Town Junction, Liberia. While our main storefront is in Liberia, we proudly serve and ship to customers across Sierra Leone. If you are in the area, feel free to stop by and browse our collections in person!
Which currency do you accept for online orders?
Our primary currency for our Sierra Leonean customers is the Sierra Leonean Leone (SLE). For those visiting us in-store in Liberia or ordering from across the border, we offer transparent conversion rates to ensure you get the best value for your family’s wardrobe.
How do I know I am choosing the right size for my family?

Since we carry a variety of brands, we recommend checking the measurements for men, women, and kids to ensure a perfect fit. If you’re still unsure, our team is available via email to provide specific recommendations.
What is your return and exchange policy?
At MARLILIAH ONE, we want you to love what you wear. If a piece doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, we offer exchanges within 7 days of purchase, provided the items are unworn and have the original tags attached. Please note that for health reasons, certain items like undergarments cannot be returned.
