Cancellation and Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your family’s new wardrobe.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. Once the item has been dispatched, the Return Policy applies.
  • Returns & Exchanges: * Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
    • Clothes must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original MARLILIAH ONE tags attached.
    • Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, undergarments, or earrings.
  • Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear.
  • Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours with a photo of the defect.
